  • To contact 4 targeted saccos per day, with an aim of increasing insurance premium sales per day
  • Develop and implement a MFIs and SACCO marketing strategy for UAP Old Mutual that can foster the achievement of set business goals in respect to topline and profitability.
  • Building a master database of tangible leads from which monthly qualified prospects are developed
  • Implement the SACCOASSURANCE revenue channel by on-boarding new partners on the platform and opening retail distribution channel for funeral, core (SureDeal & Somesa) and risk policies
  • Develop an efficient operational structure and performance management framework for regional coordinators
  • Producing of accurate, quality, and timely reports for production and management review of performance
  • Ensure aggressive selling of relevant product / service through presentations and intense follow up thereafter.
  • Establish & maintain relationship with key strategic partners including; UCA, UCSCU, UNATU, AMFIU, MSC etc.
  • Drive growth, product & sales training among all targeted distribution channels including; agents, brokers, satellite branches to achieve the desired level of brand awareness, product knowledge & uptake.
  • Develop and implement a compelling customer value proposition for SACCOs aimed at strengthening partnership and business sustainability
  • Monitor & collet market intelligence & advise the management team on opportunities & threats that are presented
  • Identify areas where UAP Old Mutual Life can build its brand presence in the market through creating strategic relationships
  • Execute other duties assigned by your supervisor in line with the business strategic plan
